The certificate of incorporation shall be handed over in original when the professional shall come and raise the certificate of amendments’ registration and the other documents. The employees of the trade register office attached to the law court shall proceed to its extinguishment.
In case the professional chooses to have the documents issued by post or by e-mail when he completes the application, the originals shall be handed over when submitting the file.
