The application for registration shall be submitted after the deadline of 2 months from the publication date of the decision of the general assembly of shareholders/sole shareholder in the Official Gazette of Romania.
The confirmation of publication of the decision regarding the decreasing of the share capital in the Official Gazette of Romania shall be carried out by the trade register office attached to the law court.
