Way of appeal:
The registration in the trade register of the PFA (sole trader), II (sole partnership) and IF (family partnership) shall be done based on the conclusion of the registrar.
Against the conclusion of the registrar a complaint may be filed under the conditions of art. 112-113 of the Law no. 265/2022 on the trade register and for amending and supplementing other normative acts with incidence over the registration in the trade register.
