PERSONAL DATA

In order to exercise its competencies provided for by the law, the National Trade Register Office and the trade register offices attached to the law courts collects, processes and handles personal data to which are applicable the provisions of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
