Documents required for registration in the trade register of the amendments regarding sole traders, sole partnerships and family partnerships:

Information note on the processing of personal data

  1. Application for registration, checked on the requested amendment - application form;
  2. Documents attesting the rights of use of  professional office/workstations - details (legalised copy), in case of its modifications;
  3. Where appropriate, the endorsement for the change of destination of collective residential buildings, as set out in Law no. 196/2018 (application form to be filled out, original);
  4. In case of changing the object of activity, statement of own responsibility attesting complying  with the operating legal requirements provided for by the specific legislation in the field of food safety, sanitary-veterinary protection, environment protection and labour protection for the activities set out in the statement form (model 3);
  5. Reported to the requested amendment:
    • a specification attesting the bearer of the ownership understands to affect the use of the space for the professional office of the sole trader (statement - details etc.);
    • statement regarding the activity carried out by the husband/wife – application form or statement regarding ceasing the activity of the husband/wife - application form;
    • additional act and proving documents for the dedicated assets (statement of own responsibility - details);
    • modifying document of the agreement of incorporation, statements of withdrawal, identity document for the new member – for replacement/admission of a new member of the family partnership;
    • documents attesting the professional training (holograph certified copies) - details;
    • documents attesting the professional experience (holograph certified copies) - details.

Note:

  • Settlement of the application lies with the director of the trade register office attached to the law court and/or the appointed person or persons who may dispose submission of proving documents other than the ones already specified.
  • Forms are available at the trade register offices.
  • The application for registration, the documents provided for by law, filed and numbered, shall be submitted by the applicant directly at the trade register office attached to the law court, by post, with declared-value letter and notice of receipt or by electronic means. The application sent in electronic form, through the online services portal or through the electronic mail, shall have the qualified electronic signature incorporated, attached or logically associated. If the documents are sent by post, the applicant's identity document shall be attached, as a handwritten photocopy  certified by the owner regarding the conformity with the original.
