STRIKE OFF NATURAL PERSONS (PFA, II and IF)
Documents required for registration in the trade register of the strike off regarding the sole traders, sole partnerships and family partnerships

The application for registration and the documents provided for by the law shall be submitted by the applicant directly to the trade register office attached to the law court where the professional office is situated/to any office of the trade register offices, by post, with declared-value letter and notice of receipt or by electronic means. The application sent in electronic form, through the online services portal https://portal.onrc.ro/, shall have the qualified electronic signature incorporated, attached or logically associated.

Settlement of the application:
The strike off from the trade register of a PFA (sole trader), II (sole partnership) and IF (family partnership) is carried out based on the motivated resolution of the registrar.
The deadline for issuing the certificate of strike off is of 3 working days, calculated since the registration date of the application or, as appropriate, since the date the application was completed with the required documents.
The settlement of the applications for registration provided for shall be realised based on documents. Upon the express request of the part or of its representative, a public audience for the support and the settlement of the application shall be organised (in order to schedule an audience: programari@(the indicative of the county ex. tl).onrc.ro).
For the operations of strike off from the trade register, there shall not be paid fees and charges.
Way of appeal:
Against the conclusion of the registrar a complaint may be filed under the conditions of art. 112-113 of the Law no. 265/2022 on the trade register and for amending and supplementing other normative acts with incidence over the registration in the trade register.
Assistance services:
Drawing up documents, providing assistance for correctly filling out the application for registration, carrying out the formalities for submitting the documents and for representing the natural person to the trade register office attached to the law court may be carried out through the assistance and representation offices which operates within the city halls.
