For each merging companies and under the reserve of the additional requests imposed by the member states to which belongs the company in question, the following information shall be published in the internal bulletin of the concerned member state:

1. type, designation and registered office of each of the merging companies;
2. the register where the documents mentioned in art. 3 paragraph (2) of the Directive 68/151/CEE are incorporated (registered) for each of the merging companies, as well as the registration number in the concerned register;
3. indication of the established forms in compliance with art. 24 regarding the rights of the creditors of the concerned company and the address where you can get free and complete information regarding these forms;
4. indication of the established forms in compliance with art. 24 regarding the rights of minority shareholders of the concerned company and the address where you can get free and complete information regarding these forms;
5. designation and the expected registered office for the European company (SE).

The application for incorporation shall be accompanied by the evidence of the merger publicity, carried out in compliance with the laws applicable to the statutes of the companies that shall merge.
