- The share capital of an European holding company (SE holding) shall be expressed in euro and it cannot be less than the amount of EUR 120 000.
- The shareholders and the owners of parts of share capital have three months from drawing up the Articles of Association of the European Company (SE) to notify the promoting companies about the intention of contributing to the setting up of a SE. SE shall be set up only if the shareholders or owners of parts of share capital contributed with the minimum established percentage; in compliance with the draft terms of formation they have a further month for doing so.
