- The General Assembly of each involved company shall approve the draft terms of formation of for an European Holding Company (SE holding). The General Assembly of each company may condition the right of incorporation of a SE by the express ratification of the forms of involvement of workers in the SE.
- All these provisions shall be also applied to private limited companies.
