Evidence of payments of the contributions to the share capital may be submitted, as appropriate:

• for cash contributions: deposit slip, payment order or receipt from CEC Bank;
• the contributions in kind are admitted and shall be carried out by transferring the corresponding rights and by effective handing of the functioning assets to  the cooperative company. For the contribution in kind, the delegated judge shall appoint, in 5 days from the registration of the application, one or more experts from the authorized experts’ list who shall draw up a report regarding the assessment of the contribution in kind. For the new movable assets shall be considered the value of the invoice.
