Information from the trade register

You can obtain information from the trade register online, by accessing the InfoCert service, here: 

• documents are electronically signed
  
• without the need of interacting with the data operator
• available 24/24, 7/7

• the applicant does not need to have an electronic signature

I. Information from the trade register

Information regarding a company including the following details: order number in the trade register, European unique identifier, company name, legal form, unique registration code, registered office, company’s life, company’s status, main activity, share capital, administrators, partners/shareholders, data registered in the trade register attesting that a certain document or fact is/is not registered, secondary activity, authorized activities, directors/representatives for branches/subunits/secondary offices/financial auditors, information (5 indicators) of the annual financial standings available, other information, as appropriate.

• online, by accessing the InfoCert service (the use of an electronic signature is not required; payment can only be made by bank card)
• online, using NTRO portal, here (an electronic signature is required; payment can be made either with a bank card or via payment order)

II. Historical Report

Information regarding all the registrations about a company carried out in the trade register, presented chronologically and completed up to date.

Charge: 250 lei/company - details.
It shall be released in maximum 30 days from the registration of the application form, depending on the complexity of the work.

III. Information from the annual financial statements

5 financial indicators may be issued – turnover, gross profit, losses, net profit, average number of employees, fixed assets – together with the information or separately.

Statistics generated based on the data of the trade register based on one criterion, for example:

All the reports shall be given for the entire country and its territories.

Companies’ rankings

Rankings by one criterion: subscribed share capital, turnover, number of employees, gross/net profit.

Information about the identification data shall be released: company name, order number in the trade register, unique registration code, registered office, company’s status and the information used as a selection criterion.

II. Series of companies grouped based on one criterion

Information about the identification data of a company shall be released: company name, order number in the trade register, unique registration code, registered office, company’s status and the information used as a selection criterion.

Charge: 9 Lei/company - details.

Charges discounts will be applied according to the number of companies for which the information is
requested.

• between 101 and 1.000 companies: 30% discount;
• between 1.001 and 10.000 companies: 60% discount;
• over 10.000 companies: 80% discount.

• For certified copies, the application form shall be filled in, checked at item 3.6, depending on your reason for requested the document.
