- In Phase II, the application for registration shall be submitted after the deadline of 30 days from the date of publication of the General Assembly of Shareholders decision in the Official Gazette.
- The trade register office attached to the law court shall carry out the confirmation of publication of the decision of strike off in the Official Gazette of Romania.
